On 13th April 2025, I will run my first 1/4 Marathon (10km)
This year, I am taking on the Rotterdam Marathon to raise money for KWF Kankerbestrijding—a cause that is deeply personal to me.
Having been a cancer patient myself, I know firsthand the fear, the struggle, and the immense strength it takes to fight this disease. But I also know the power of hope, research, and exceptional care, which played a crucial role in my own journey. Now, it’s my turn to give back.
I am running to say thank you—to the doctors, nurses, researchers, and everyone who makes a difference in the lives of cancer patients. And I am running to support those still fighting, to help fund vital research, and to work toward a future where no one has to hear the words, “You have cancer.”
Every euro donated brings us one step closer to that future. Please support my marathon journey and help make a difference. Together, we can give more people the chance to fight, survive, and thrive.
