Running for a cure: Honoring my dad’s fight
On the 13th of April, I’ll be running the Rotterdam Marathon to honor my dad, who bravely battled lung cancer for 2.5 years. Unfortunately, he passed away recently, but his strength and determination continue to inspire me every day.
In memory of my dad, I’m raising funds for KWF Kankerbestrijding, an organization dedicated to funding groundbreaking cancer research and supporting those affected by this devastating disease. Every donation helps bring us one step closer to finding a cure and providing hope for families just like mine.
