Better life during and after cancer

One in two Dutch people will develop cancer at some point in their lives. Golazo, the organizer of the NN CPC Loop Den Haag 2026, is convinced that cancer can be prevented for many more people. More than a third of all cancer cases can be attributed to lifestyle and environmental factors, such as unhealthy eating and a lack of exercise. Golazo sees enormous opportunities here and is eager to take on this challenge. That's why Golazo is linking its sporting events to the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF).

Together, we raise money for scientific research. Research focused on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, all the way to improving quality of life. Not only is scientific research funded; a portion of the proceeds also goes to local organizations, such as supporting the IPSO Centers for Living with and After Cancer and Palliative Care.
