Running Together for KWF
BCD Runs Dam tot Damloop
This year, I am proud to combine my personal fundraising mission with an incredible BCD Travel initiative.
In September, I will join 100 BCD Travel colleagues in the iconic Dam tot Dam Run. This year is especially meaningful to me, as I have been part of the organizing team behind the event and helped make KWF Dutch Cancer Society our fundraising partner for this special edition.
This year's event is dedicated to the memory of our founder, John Fentener van Vlissingen. To honor his legacy, we have brought BCD Travel's annual running event to the Netherlands, his home country, and are raising funds for KWF Dutch Cancer Society. Together, we are supporting vital cancer research and a cause that is very close to my heart.
For me, this initiative is a natural extension of my personal mission. In memory of my mother, I am working towards my goal of raising €25,000 for KWF, and I am incredibly proud to combine that goal with the efforts of 100 colleagues running for the same cause.
Every donation brings us one step closer to better treatments, groundbreaking research, and ultimately a future without cancer.
