Running Against Cancer in Amsterdam - Ben Lemon

Thirteen years ago, I lost my Uncle Fred to cancer. And, in the last three years, both of my parents have battled this disease as well. Thankfully, by the grace of God and because of incredible cancer care and research, they are both healthy.

This October, I’m running the TCS Amsterdam Marathon in partnership with the Dutch Cancer Society to raise money for cancer research.

Running has become one of my favorite ways to challenge myself, clear my head, and explore new places. So, I'm running 26.2 miles through Amsterdam to raise money for this important cause. This is my way to honor my late uncle and #LiveStrongLikeFred.

I’ve started the fundraiser by donating  € 100  of my own money. Any donation, big or small, would mean so much.
