Brizki Pamuji

We met in a gym back in 2017. Naturally, after years of both physical and romantic progress, we concluded that the ultimate expression of domestic harmony is moving heavy objects across a convention center together in Amsterdam.

This January, we’re taking on HYROX. We will be testing the structural integrity of our partnership across eight kilometers of structured running, rowing, and pushing. We fully intend to enjoy every minute of it, provided we can maintain polite, low-heart-rate conversation through the walking lunges.

More importantly, we are channeling all of this enthusiasm toward something that actually matters: fundraising for the KWF Dutch Cancer Society. Having seen close friends and family members face cancer, supporting vital research, prevention, and treatment is deeply personal to us.

Staying active together is a lovely hobby, but directing that energy toward life-saving science gives every kilometer genuine utility; while giving us an air-tight, bulletproof justification for absurd amounts of exercise (and buying the technical gear required to perform it).
