I’m running to raise money for cancer research at the TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2026
Hello everyone,
I'm writing this just over 24 hours before running the Amsterdam Marathon because, to be honest, I wasn't quite sure I'd even be able to do it (though I'm still not entirely sure!), or even make it back to Amsterdam at this time.
I'm running this marathon with the great support of my dearest mother, Emmalene, who has always continued to support my crazy and overambitious goals. Running this race at this time is particularly poignant, considering my mother's own battle against cancer.
And of course, I know we're not alone. Through this race, along with thousands of others like me, we're raising funds to improve cancer care and make strides in cancer research.
