As a throat cancer survivor, I’m participating in the NN CPC Loop Den Haag 2026 race to raise awareness and funds for cancer research. I’m running against cancer, and I’m seeking your sponsorship to help make a difference in the fight against this disease.

Wow, just WOW!!
Tuesday 27th Jan 2026I started my half marathon fundraising page, in support of the efforts of KWF, with the hope of raising a bit of money to support them. Boy was I surprised! The generosity of my family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, and even strangers that heard about it third-hand has me floored.
In Kenya, we have a sentiment of "harambee", where events are held to raise funds for charities or community projects. Rest assured you have all come together, embodying to the fullest, the sense of harambee in us all.

Time to get off my butt and start training...
Wednesday 31st Dec 2025Now that the donation page is in place, I need to get serious and start training. My goal is to beat Eliud Kipchoge's marathon time of 1:59, so have quite a bit of work ahead of me.
