I’m running against cancer during the TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2026.

Together with the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF), we’re working toward a better life for people living with and after cancer. It’s something that touches all of us, in one way or another.

I’m running especially for my grandmother, Ester Guerrieri. Cancer took her too soon, and not a day goes by that I don’t carry her with me. She showed me what strength looks like in the hardest moments, how to keep going, how to stay kind, how to fight even when it’s unfair. This run is for her, and for every family that has felt that kind of loss.

Every step I take is in her honor, and in hope that fewer people have to say goodbye too soon.

Together, we can make a difference. Against cancer. For life.
