Ik kom in actie tegen kanker
In 2012, Not For Sale started providing training to victims of human trafficking who were staying in an Amsterdam shelter. In a professional kitchen, the victims learn to prepare healthy soups and salads. At the end of the training they will receive a Not For Sale certificate. The work experience gained and the confirmation of their abilities in the form of a diploma increases the self-esteem of the participants. They feel part of society again and dare to make plans for the future. This promotes the recovery process.
