Ik kom in actie tegen kanker
Dear family, friends, and colleagues,
This Sunday, after only two months of focused training, I will be running the half marathon in Málaga. I’m doing this in honour of my father, who passed away from cancer at a young age. This run is my way of carrying his strength with me — and supporting others who are still fighting this disease.
Starting this journey just two months ago has been intense, challenging and incredibly meaningful. It has pushed me in ways I didn’t expect and reminded me how important it is to do something that truly makes a difference. My goal is to finish the half marathon within 2.5 hours — a promise I made to myself when I decided to take on this challenge.
