Ik ren tegen kanker tijdens NN Marathon Rotterdam 2026
On 12th April 2026, I will run the Rotterdam Marathon—not just as a race, but as a mission. A few weeks ago, I lost a dear friend to lung cancer, and that loss has left a mark that words can barely capture. Cancer touches far too many lives—1 in 2 people in the Netherlands will face this disease—and every step I take will be for them. I’m raising funds for KWF (Dutch Cancer Society) because research saves lives, and hope needs resources. Every donation you make is more than money: it’s a lifeline, a chance for better treatments, and a way to ensure no one fights alone. When I cross that finish line, it will be for my friend, for your loved ones, and for countless others whose stories deserve more tomorrows.
