Ik kom in actie tegen kanker
Unfortunatly I’ve seen too much pain and sadness because of cancer and every year more we loose people around us because of this disease. I’m proud to say that on the 17th of March I will run the half marathon in Amstelveen to raise money for the KWF (Dutch Cancer Society). With this I hope to help the people that we love. I aim to create opportunities for research and ensure that everyone has access to vital treatments.

A big big biggggg thank you to everyone that has helped me to achieve my goal!!! ;)
While being busy with the training for today I got the news that again someone in my close circle got diagnosed with cancer, but it made me even realize more why I was doing this.
And today again while running has this been a reason to keep going. There had been a couple of moments I got emotional because of the fact what I was doing but Im more than grateful that I got the chance to share my part.
2 hours and 10 min of going through an emotional and physical roller coaster - but I would do it all ones again.
