I am running for Cancer in the TCS Amsterdam Marathon.
I will be running my first ever Marathon in Amsterdam this October to raise money for cancer research. Every person in the Netherlands, but also globally, will at some stage in their life have an experience with cancer. Around 45% of the population in the Netherlands will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives. This statistic is sadly also true in the UK and Canada.
I'm running for a cancer research charity in memory of my grandmother Karen Calvert and my great aunt Marci Burn who I lost to cancer.
My goal is to raise 750 euros to support KWF with the financing of important cancer research. On behalf on myself and KWF, thank you!
