I am running for Cancer in the TCS Amsterdam Marathon.
I will be running my first ever Marathon in Amsterdam this October to raise money for cancer research. Around 45% of the population in the Netherlands will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives. This statistic is sadly also true in the UK and Canada.
I'm running for a cancer research charity in memory of my grandmother Karen Calvert and my great aunt Marci Burn who we lost to cancer in 2012 and 2013.
My goal is to raise 750 euros to support KWF (Dutch Cancer Society) with the financing of important cancer research. On behalf on myself and KWF, thank you!
