We're back for round three! Let's make this year an even bigger success together
On Sunday 7 December, we come together at CrossFit Gold Pact in Rotterdam for the third annual Mama Paula workout.
This fundraiser honours the memory of Paula Koks, beloved mother of our head coach Mike, who passed away in 2018 after a long battle with cancer. The workout symbolises the relentless struggle of the disease—challenging yet filled with moments of strength and community.
Last year we raised more than €3,000 for KWF Kankerbestrijding, and this year we’re opening the doors to everyone, not just members, to help us make an even bigger impact.

We’re excited to announce that the Mama Paula fundraiser is officially on the schedule!
This year marks 7 years since Mama Paula, the mother of our head coach Mike, passed away after her 7-year battle with cancer.
To honor her strength and legacy, we’ll host three heats on Sunday, 7 December 2025 at CrossFit Gold Pact.
