Monday 28th Sep 2026Join us for a 90-minute interactive session where we will explore how to find solid ground when circumstances feel unclear, how to hold on to hope without denying reality, and how to move forward with compassion for ourselves and others. Together, we'll consider ways to navigate uncertainty, embrace acceptance, and open ourselves to new possibilities.
Most importantly, we'll remember that whatever we're facing, we don't have to face it alone.
